Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Australia. For international orders, please email us at info@liteglow.com.au, and we will assist you.

Q: What is the cost of shipping?

  • Standard Shipping: Free within Australia.
  • Express Shipping: Flat rate of $10 AUD.

Q: How long does delivery take?

  • Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days.
  • Express Post: Delivered within 2 days after dispatch.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally on request. Please note that import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import tax rates before ordering.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns for faulty products only. Returns must be logged within 21 days of purchase, with items returned in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
